Honorato Ruiz

I started my film career in 2015 and since then I have not stopped embarking on new projects. In addition to a university degree and a master's degree in film editing obtained during my five years of study at ESCAC, I have more than five short fiction films under my belt, most of them with a run and awards at national and international festivals.

 

On the other hand, I have had my forays into documentaries, music videos and advertising. In the last year, I have worked in the post-production department, as an editing assistant, on the miniseries "Això no és Suècia", produced by Nanouk Films and available on TV3 and RTVE. I have been an editing assistant on a feature documentary produced by Karavan Films.

 

I have also worked in the world of music videos as an editor for the film director David Victori and the singer and musician Álex Serra and for the musical group Marala. I was chosen to direct the official music video for "El calor del amor en un bar", a legendary song by Gabinete Caligari, with Warner Music. I am currently working in the post-production department of the production company Dexiderius and I am developing future projects as a director.
