Synopsis

On Christmas Eve, police officers Esteban and Sandra receive an urgent radio call: a patrol car has disappeared near an old, abandoned psychiatric hospital.
Arriving at the scene with other officers, they discover the missing unit's car, but there's no sign of its occupants. As they try to decide what to do, the mutilated body of one of the missing officers falls onto the car from the top of the building. With no time to react and no backup, the officers are forced to enter the building to search for Officer Lucía, Esteban's wife. Inside, a ruthless killer awaits them, stalking them in the shadows, intent on eliminating them one by one in a macabre game where authority offers no guarantee of survival.
