Óscar Giral
Biofilmography
Óscar Giral is a young filmmaker born in Lima, Peru. He moved to Barcelona, Spain, as a child. He studied at ESCAC, where he developed his first short film, "PERDÓN" (Forgiveness), which explored insecurities related to skin color and ethnicity. It won an award for best performance at an international film festival.
He has also edited other fiction films, such as "PASTISSET DE XOCOLATA" (Chocolate Pastry), which won Best Editing at the ESZENA Film Festival.
