Jordi Sanz Angrill

Director and screenwriter. Graduated from ESCAC, and a Master's Degree in Film Direction. He is director of the u22 Young Film Festival at the Fundació Joan Miró in Barcelona. As a filmmaker, he explores memory and remembrance as mutable elements linked to spaces. He debuts with the dance video Mimesis (2019) at the Filmoteca de Catalunya, and in fiction he directs Rega'm les plantes (2021) – screened in more than 40 theaters in Spain – and Germanes (2023). Currently, he is in pre-production on the short film Sismes (2024) and is developing Udols, his first fiction feature film as a director.
